About PR113
Run US Tax Deduction Update (PR113) to maintain employee tax deductions. The program determines which deductions apply to each combination of live and work tax jurisdictions compared to the employees current taxdeductions. Use this program when a new tax is implemented and employees must be set up for the new tax or when a location is changed on a position. **Processing Effect You can run PR113 by employee, employee group, location, state, position, department or process level or company. When you use multiple selectioncriteria, only those employees who meet all selected criteria are updated. If you run by employee, PR113 updates the home location and time record location taxes. If you run by location, PR113 updates all tax deductions regardless of whether the location is a home or time record location. You can future date PR113 to set up newly implemented taxes.
