About TIMERECORD

The Employee Time Cards file contains information that is used to compute an employee's pay. It is the primary input file to PR140 (Earnings and Deductions Calculation). There are many programs that create time records. PR199 (Payroll Close) deletes the Employee Time Cards file records that were used during the payroll cycle.
