Run Payment Print (PR160) to create payments and direct deposit receipts fromrecords that were created by Earnings and Deductions Calculation (PR140). **Processing Effect When you run PR160, a file of direct deposit payment information is createdthat can be copied to magnetic media. If you rerun Earnings and Deductions Calculation (PR140) with the Error TimeRecords set to No, all payments originally created by PR160 are deleted. You can place individual employee time records in Error status and rerunPR140 with Error Time Records set to Yes. In this case, only payments issued to employees with error status time records are deleted. In both cases, you must rerun PR160 to create new payments or receipts forthe employees whose original payments have been deleted. **Troubleshoot You can rerun PR160 to correct data errors that you find after initallyrunning PR160. However, if you run Payroll Close (PR197) you cannot run PR160 again for the current payroll. A serial number isautomatically assigned to the payment print file that is created when you run PR160. You must specify this serial number when you rerun or reprint payments.

More information: The Payroll system associates payment records with a bank code when you runPR140. You must run PR160 for each bank code associated with the payment records. If you override a bank code on PR140, you must run PR160 for that bank code. You can create a flat file. You use the flat file with a third party tool tocreate custom checks and receipts.
