PR09.1 (Head Process Level) is a Lawson Payroll online screen (form 09, subform 1). It updates PRSYSTEM and TAXGROUP and references PRTIME and TIMERECORD.

About PR09.1

Use Head Process Level (PR09.1) to define tax reporting groups for quarterly and W-2 reporting. A tax reporting group is one or more process levelsassigned to a head process level.

More information: As a general rule, all process levels associated with a head process level belong to the same tax reporting entity. When you run PR290 (Quarterly Report) and PR297 (W-2 Forms), information such as process level name and address print as defined on the head process level.
