About LT11.5
Use HRM User Field Interface (LT11.5) to view and edit user field data thatwas interfaced from Talent Management or other third-party system. This is user field data that will be updated to the User Flds Tab on Employee (HR11.1). These interface records are created with a status of 1 for Unprocessed andeach record contains key information from its Talent Management creation, suchas Create User ID, Create Date and Create Time. The data can be updated in LT11.4, but changes should be done with caution.Any changes in LT11.4 could create a mismatch between HRM and the third-party data.
