Use Employee Position Qualification (PA64.2) to view all positions for which an employee is qualified or authorized. NOTE An employee's education must have a complete date to meet the education requirement of a position. **Processing Effect Employees are qualified for a position if they meet the essential education, competency, and certification requirements defined for the position inQualifying Criteria (PA08.1). You can authorize employees who do not meet the essential requirements of a position for consideration by using Employee Qualification Override (PA23.1).
