Employees are qualified for a job if they meet the essential education, competency, and certification requirements defined for the job in Qualifying Crieria (PA08.1). You can authorize employees who do not meet the essential requirements of a job for consideration by using Employee QualificationOverride (PA23.1). An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process to meet the education requirement of a job.
