About PA249

Run Employee and Applicant Test Listing (PA249) to print test information foremployees or applicants. Three report options are available: - Summary, which lists each employee or applicant's scheduled tests, - Detail, which provides detailed information about the employee or applicantand each scheduled test, and - Audit, which lists the tests for which an employee is eligible. The Summary and Detail options list information from PA49.1 (Employee Tests)and PA49.3 (Applicant Tests). The Audit option lists information from PA48.1 (Test Setup) if the employeeis eligible for the test. If the employee is scheduled for the test, the report also shows schedule information from PA49.1 (Employee Tests). If an employee is not eligible for a test but is scheduled on PA49.1, the test does not list.
