About PA490

Run OSHA Log, Summary Report (PA490) to print an OSHA 300 or OSHA 300A report. Both reports print every time PA490 is run, even if no incidents exist on Health, Safety Incident (PA90.1). You can run PA490 for a particular population or date range. **Processing Effect Before you run PA490, assess whether you will need to manually enter the annual average number of employees and total annual hours worked by those employees for each OSHA reporting establishment. If you have OSHA covered employees not tracked in Lawson, then these numbers must beentered either directly on PA490 (if reporting only one establishment), or on PA92 for each affected establishment to be reported.
