About HR51.2
Use Employee Interface Date (HR51.2) to view employee interface records which were created based on the parameters established in HR50.1. This data can be used for interfacing to Talent Management, LMS, or other third-party system. These interface records are created with a status of 0 for Unprocessed and each record contains key information from its creation, including Record Source, Create Date, Create Time and Create User. The data can be updated in HR51.2, but changes should be done with caution. Any changes could create a mismatch between HRM and the third-party data.
