About FB20.6

Use Period Budget, Amounts (FB20.6) to define and maintain period budget amounts. Year to date amounts, last year actual amounts, and last year'sbudget display for comparison. You can also define budgets on Period Budget, Rate (FB20.1), Period Budget, Units(FB20.7 ), or Budget by Period (FB21.1). You can select a compute statement to attach to the budget.

Choose the By Acct Unit button to define and maintain budgets for multiple accounts in a specific accounting unit and period. You can assign a compute statement to specific accounting units. Use Period Budget, Rate (FB20.1) to calculate period budget amounts based on the unit and rate you select, calculate units based on the rate and amount you select, or calculate rates based on the unit and amount you select. You can use a global factor to help define budget amounts. Use Period Budget, Units (FB20.7) to define each period budget amounts based on the number of units. Use Budget by Period (FB21.1) to define budgets annually, quarterly, or by period.
