Installation of Fax Integrator Not Working
Problem:
We have the fax integrator installed on a virtual machine.
Upon startup of the fax integrator we received the error “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”.
Resolution:
This error usually means that the Windows Fax Service is not running.
It looks like this was not installed or configured. I would recommend that you install the most current version of the fax integrator on a physical PC and re-test.
Review your settings and to see if there is an issue with your directory. Your shared drive should point to your productline and then the email directory, then your directory on the directories tab would be out.
