Run US Territory W-2 Form Printing (PR252) to create US territory W-2 formsfor government reporting, an edit report in either detail or summary format, or a negative wage report showing all territory employees with negative wages for the year. You can define parameters to include all employees or a range of employeesassociated with a company, process level, or head process level. Note At this time you can print W-2 forms for Puerto Rico only.

More information: PR252 is not an update program, so you can run it at any time during the yearto verify employee totals. Important Lawson strongly recommends that you run PR227 (W-2 ParameterReport) to review the parameters set up on PR27.1 (Year End Parameters) beforeyou run this option.
