Run Update Income Statement Beg Bal (GL194) to roll prior year endingbalances for Chart Section 2 accounts to beginning balances for the year specified. GL194 should be run after closing the year (GL199). GL194 should be re-run when an update is made to an Income Statement accountfor the prior year; for example backposting to GL or after a file rebuild of GLAMOUNTS, GLUNITS (GL325 or GL327 if applicable). Run the Consolidation File Creation program (GL320) after GL194.
