Jordan’s Arab Medical Center Selects Infor to Digitally Transform the Patient Experience
Infor has partnered with Arab Medical Center (AMC), a leading referral hospital for patients in the Middle East and internationally, and has selected Infor CloudSuite Financials & Supply Management and Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to optimize business efficiency and improve patient care. AMC provides special care to its patients via the Patient Services Office and the Public International Relations Departments. Infor CloudSuite Financials & Supply Management’s cloud-based suite, coupled with modern financial functionality, will help AMC gain greater visibility into supplies and effectively manage and distribute inventory as orders are automated and tracked in real time. Jonathan Wood, general manager, IMEA, Infor, says of the partnership, “In a time when the healthcare sector is consistently expected to deliver in the areas of innovation and quality, patients’ needs must always to be at the center of healthcare providers’ strategies.” The implementation is expected to go live in December 2018.
