Run Unemployment Continuation Form (PR291) to print the data required oncontinuation forms for quarterly state unemployment reporting. You can define parameters to report data for a specified payroll year andquarter. You can report data for a company, or for a selected process level, or for a selected independent process level, or for all independent process levels associated with the company. The report includes the employee name and social security number along withthe report items you select. Items available for selection are, Social Security taxable wages, total wages, taxable wages, excess wages, and weeks worked. You can run the report in summary or detail. Report print options include astandard continuation form.
