About PA07.1
Use Competency Proficiencies (PA07.1) to assign proficiency values to competency codes. **Process at a Glance 1. Define your qualification codes on HR Code Setup (HR04.1). 2. Define proficiency values on HR Code Setup (HR04.1). 3. Assign proficiency values to competency codes on Competency Proficiencies(PA07.1). 4. Assign qualifications on Qualifications (PA08.1).
More information: This is an optional step. If across all companies all competencies use the same proficiency values and descriptions, you can define them directly through HR Code Setup (HR04.1). If all competencies do not use the same proficiency values and description, then enter the unique values on this form. Enter the default values on this form. The default values will be used when some competency-specificproficiencies exist for the company but none exist for a particular competency.
