About PAEMPGOAL

Contains the goals or objectives to which an employee is assigned. These objectives are defined in the Goal Management system, Performance Management system, and through the Employee and Manager Self Service Goal Management Task. Goal Management is part of the Performance Alignment solution that will provide managers the tools to be able to set, track, observe, and measure individual or team objectives and duties where the objectives clearly align to overall corporate strategy.
