About HR207
Run Supervisor Listing (HR207) to print a list of supervisor information. Youcan choose from four listings: - Supervisor Listing, - Supervisor History, - Supervisor Audit Listing, and - Audit; No Reports To The Supervisor Listing shows the supervisors, effective dates, statuses,employees, individual to whom each supervisor reports, and supervisor user fields. The Supervisor History shows supervisor code changes from the historyfile. The Supervisor Audit Listing shows supervisors with active supervisorcodes who - are not linked to any employees on HR07.1 (Supervisor), - are linked to terminated employees on HR07.1, or - have no active employees reporting to them on HR11.1 (Employee) or PA13.1(Multiple Positions). The Audit; No Reports To identifies any active supervisor codes that haveno one reporting to them. The Supervisor Audit Listing and Audit; No Reports To optionsautomatically create a comma-separated value (CSV) file that lets you make changes and then reload the file using HR507 (Supervisor Conversion). You can create a CSV file for the Supervisor Listing and the SupervisorAudit Listing.
