About FB11.1
Use Budget Edit Group (FB11.1) to define the accounting units and accounts that will be grouped together for budget editing purposes. **Processing Effect The edit will occur upon release of the transaction.
More information: If you selected the Summary budget edit option on Company (GL10.1), you must create a budget edit group to edit your budget. You can use thesummary option only if budget edit groups exist. If not, the system will edit the budget as if the Detail option had been selected.
