About AD190
Run Transaction Posting (AD190) to calculate the average daily balance forAverage Daily Balance (ADB) accounts defined on Accounts (AD20). The calculation uses values from general ledger transactions for the fiscal year and period you select, up to and including the Post Through date. Enter an account number range to limit the number of transactions this form processes. If you run AD190 for an account range, the balancing account offsets only the range specified. The average daily balance information calculated in AD190 canbe accessed by GL Report Writer. NOTE If a period is closed in the general ledger, it cannot be processed byADB.
