A Recap of the Super Bowl Technology
Most have discussed how exciting the Super Bowl game was, but just as impressive as the game was the use of modern technology throughout the TV prime-time. During Lady Gaga’s performance, you may have thought those were some well-organized fireworks in the sky that created the American flag, however we can thank the hundreds of drones used to create that patriotic symbol in the sky.
As for the high-tech visuals of the game itself, Intel provided TV viewers with 360 degree views of the replays. But it didn’t stop there. Our heart strings were tugged by Hyundai and their use of virtual reality and satellite technology which allowed our U.S. troops to experience the game live in Poland while surprising them with greetings from their families. And let us not forget that the new partnership between H&R Block and IBM Watson on their new service was celebrated.
