First Transit migrates to Infor Cloud
First Transit Inc recently migrated their Infor EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) solution into the Infor Cloud. In doing so, there has been a success with a reduction of more than 20% in their parts expense line since they implemented the solution a decade ago. The company has also recently deployed Infor EAM Mobile, enabling technicians to use iPads while servicing vehicles, thus staying current on tasks and receiving work orders promptly. EAM mobile also contains manuals and guides, a handy tool for technicians who need it and not have to carry around more than their mobile devices. This migration takes Infor another step closer in moving existing customers to the cloud.
