TA20.4 - Transfer Schedule
Use Transfer Schedule (TA20.4) to define when employees can use their
accrual hours.
Do not use this program if the plan's eligible hours equal accrued hours;
in other words, if you selected Yes in the Eligible Equal Accrual field in
TA20.1 (Plan).
