About TA20.3
Use Accrual Limit (TA20.3) to define accrual limits that determine the maximum amount of hours employees can carry in their accrual balance. **Processing Effect Accrual limits are effective through a specific period of time called a limit cycle. You define how often the system checks accrual balances against the limit and whether the system edits balances automatically or on your request. NOTE If the plan's accrual hours equal eligible hours, the system checks accrued and eligible hours using the accrual limit.
