About PR16.1

Use Step And Grade Schedule (PR16.1) to define a matrix of pay rates based on steps and grades. You can associate employees with step and grade schedules when you define the employee record.

More information: When you define a step and grade schedule, you define the schedule name and grades, and the system sequentially assigns the Step fields beginning with number one. You can override step, grade and schedule for an employee at time record entry. You can assign an employee to either a step and grade schedule, or a grade range schedule for wage analysis, but not both.
