PA56.1 (Personnel Action Comments) is a Lawson Personnel online screen (form 56, subform 1). It updates PACOMMENTS and PERSACTYPE and references EMPLOYEE, PERSACTHST, PERSACTION and PRSYSTEM.
About PA56.1
If you access Personnel Action Comments (PA56.1) through Individual Action (PA52.1), Mass Pay Action (PA52.2),Mass Action (PA52.3), Hire anApplicant (PA52.4), or Position, Job Action (PA52.5), use PA56.1 to type comments about an action. If you access this window through Personnel Action History Correction (PA54.1), use the Personnel Action Comments window to type comments about the history correction.
More information: If the action is effective immediately and you want to type comments, you must type them when the action is added. If the action is pending, you must add the pending action before you can type comments. You can change comments until you run Action Update (PA100) and the action becomes effective. Comments about an action are maintained in history. To display the comments of updated actions, use Employee Action Comments (PA66.4).
