About ML75.1

Use Ledger Recurring Journal Control (ML75.1) to view and maintain the recurring journal entry status. You can use this form to release, unrelease, journalize, and unprocess multiple recurring journal entries. **Process at a Glance 1. Enter new entries or edit existing entries, using Ledger Recurring Journal (ML70.1). - For new entries, define the entry header, using Define Recurring Journal (ML70.2). 2. Release the journal entry using ML70.1. 3. Run Ledger Recurring Jrnl Edit List (ML270) to print a detailed listing of each recurring journal entry for accuracy. 4. Run Ledger Recurring Journal Interface (ML170) to transfer all recurring journal entries for posting in the Multi-Book Ledger system OR (this step) use Ledger Recurring Journal Control (ML75.1) to transferspecific recurring journal entries. 5. Post the journal entry using Ledger Journal Posting (ML190). **Processing Effect This form displays the entry number, type, description, the period and year last processed, status, debits and credits, and the transactioncurrency. When you transfer, or journalize, a recurring journal entry, the recurring journal entry becomes available for posting to the Multi-Book Ledger.
