CVR-MIN-COVER Element: Min Cover	Signed 11.2 If a plan has a minimum coverage amount, the minimum is contained in this field. If the plan is a multiple of salary or a percent, and the calculated coverage amount is less than the minimum, the minimum will be used. If the plan is a supplemental plan and the elected amount is less than the minimum, the system will generate an error.	BN17.3
CVR-MAX-COVER Element: Max Cover	Signed 11.2 If the plan has a maximum coverage amount, the maximum is specified in this field. If the plan is a multiple of salary or a percent, and the calculated amount is greater than the maximum, the maximum amount will be used.
