AC01.1 (Mass Activity Copy) is a Lawson Activity Management online screen (form 01, subform 1). It updates ACACTCOPY, ACASNROLE, MXLISTHDR and MXLISTMBR and references ACACCTCAT, ACACTGRP, ACACTIVITY, ACACTMXVAL, ACADDLCNTR, ACAMCODE, ACASNROLE, ACASSIGN and 15 more.
About AC01.1
Use Mass Activity Copy (AC01.1) to copy multiple activities with automatic naming and addressing. **Processing Effect AC01.1 uses the rules you define in Automatic Activity (AC01.4) to create names for the new activities, and the rules you define in Automatic Level (AC01.5) to create level addresses for the new activities. When you use the Release special action, the system releases the activities and associates level addresses with them. The application performs edits when you release to ensure that all the new activity names are unique ad thenassigns the level addresses. If you want to make changes after releasing an activity ,you can unrelease the activity using the Unrelease special action.If you unrelease, the variable levels are cleared.
