CU300 (Currency Rate History Delete) is a Lawson General Ledger Setup batch program. It updates ADDRDATA, CKPOINT, CUCONV and CUTRANSL and references CUTABLE, GLADDRESS, GLCGCPY, GLCHART, GLCPYGRP, GLSYSTEM, INSTCTRYCD and WFSETUP.

About CU300

Run Currency Rate History Delete (CU300) to delete historical currency exchange and translation rates. The rates to be deleted must be at least one year older than the current date. WARNING This program permanently deletes data. Before you run this program, back up your data according to your organization's procedures. Before you submit the report, carefully review the parameters.

More information: To delete exchange rates for a date range, type or select the currency table where the rates are defined, and enter a range of dates. All the rates defined on Exchange Rates (CU10.1) for that currency table and date range will be deleted. You do not need to specify a currency table to delete translation rates for a company, company group, or budget. If you want to delete budgetedamounts, you must select a company, fiscal year and budget. If you want to deleteactual amounts, you must select a company and fiscal year, or a company group and fiscal year. If you select a company group, the translation rates defined for that fiscal year on Company Translation Rates (CU20.3) for each of the companies in the company group will be deleted.
