IC31.1 – Item Location Balances

About IC31.1

Use Item Location Balances (IC31.1) to view balance totals for an item at a specific location. This form includes totals for available,stock-on-hand, allocated, picked unallocated, backordered, inspection hold, on-order,work-in-process, and intransit inventory. **Processing Effect Unallocated, allocated, picked, and backorder totals are based on customer orders in the Order Entry and Requisition applications. Inspection hold totals are maintained in the Purchase Order application. Intransit totals are based on transfers set up as intransit in the Inventory Control application.Work-in-process totals are based on work orders in process in the Production Orderapplication. For catch weight items, balance totals are based on the secondary unit of measure. Otherwise, balance totals are based on the stock unit of measure. Both stock and secondary unit of measure quantities display for stock-on-hand totals. Secondary on-hand totals display for memo purposes only. Inventory valuation is based on stock unit of measure totals. NOTE This form lets you view balance totals for an item at all locations using the Total form action. You can use the same form action to view totals for a report group at all locations.
