About IC227
Run Potential Obsolete (IC227) to print a report of items with no movementhistory since a specific last issue date. You can consider potentially obsolete items as candidates for disposal. If there is no last issue date (I), the program uses the last received date(R). In the column immediately following the cutoff date, the report shows which date was used (R or I). This report lists by location stock-on-hand quantities, unit of measure, unitcost, extended cost, last issue date, major and minor inventory class and movement class. This report lists items by extended costs from highest to lowest. You have the option to print this report in item number sequence. This program requires you to enter a company and last issue cutoff date. Youcan select the items listed on this report by location, report group, or inventory class. By default this report includes all items with zero stock-on-hand quantities, you have the option to exclude these items. You can also include items that are set up as inactive in IC11.1 (Item Master).
