Benefit Postal Code
Contains postal code tables that can be used can use as criteria for benefit eligibility. East postal code for a table is one record in this file. A table is composed of all records with the same postal code table description. Postal codes can be assigned to a plan, which limits the plan's eligibility to employees with benefit postal codes assigned to the table.
