The Percent of Budget field is repeated for each time interval on the form. The sum of the entries in the Percent of Budget fields must be 100 percent. If the entries total less than 100 percent, the Activity Management system makes an additional entry, automatically bringing the total to 100 percent. If the entries total more than 100 percent, add and change are not allowed and an error message displays.AC23.1
