About AC108

Run Structure Reorganization (AC108) to move a detail account category from one summary account category to another within an account category structure. Before running this program, use Move Detail Account Category (AC08.7) to enter the summary account category information needed for the move. The user has the option to update the balances at the same time the structure is updated or to run AC580 at a later time to update balances. AC108 can also be used to run a historical report of changes made to the structure using the Report Option = H for Report Historical Changes. NOTE The Effective Date field is required. The changes are not processed until this program is run with the Report Optionset to Update Unprocessed changes.
