About ATCLASS
The Attendance Class file contains user-defined attendance classes. Attendance classes provide a way to group attendance codes for reporting and inquiry purposes.

Column = COBOL field name without the ACL- prefix, hyphens → underscores. Derived fields are computed by the application and are not stored. PK = primary key (present in every index); SETn = leading/alternate key of that index.
Contains the company number. The company number represents an established company and is entered on all functions. The company number must be valid in the HR Company and Process Levels file.
Contains the user-defined alphanumeric code that represents a group of attendance codes used for reporting and inquiring. Validated in the Attendance Class file.
Contains the user-defined alphanumeric code that represents a reason for an employee's absence or hours worked. Examples of attendance codes are, sick, vacation, overtime, on the job injury, snow day, tardy, left early, and so on. Validated in the Attendance Code file.
