About TA42.1

Use Canadian Vacation Adjustments (TA42.1) to adjust either accrual or eligible balances for employees in the selected Canadian vacation plan. You can also create beginning balances for employees in the selected plan. You can use this form to make manual adjustments or to enter time accrual history and beginning balances or both. Manual transactions should beprocessed outside of the normal payroll/time accrual cycle so the balances are correct for the next payroll/time accrual processing. You can view and edit adjustments until you run TA199 (Time Accrual Close). IMPORTANT If you make any changes on this form after you run TA146 but before you run TA198, you must rerun TA146 in order to note those changes. You will receive an edit message if this situation occurs. NOTE If you are entering a large number of beginning balances, you may want to use CA Time Accrual Balance Load (TA542) to import balances into Lawson.
