HS03.1 (Time Entry Pay Period Dates) is a Lawson Payroll online screen (form 03, subform 1). It updates PRTIMEDATE and references PROTPAYPRD, PROVERTIME and PRSYSTEM.
About HS03.1
Use SEA Time Entry Pay Period Dates (HS03.1) to define the date on which employees can enter time records using the web time entry forms you created on Web Time Entry Setup Form (HS01.1). For each pay period, you select the dates when employees can enter time records. You can also lock employees and managers out of web time entry. You can use the lock out feature to keep users out of web time entry while you extract pending time record data and load it into the Payroll system.
