About PO501
Run Purge EDI Files (PO501) to remove Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files that are older than the specified number of days. Its input parameters are the name of the directory in which the software is installed, and the number of days to retain EDI files. Files older than the retention days parameter are deleted. WARNING This program permanently deletes data. Before you run this program, back up your data according to your organization's procedures.
