LP88.1 (Length of Service Hours) is a Lawson Absence Management online screen (form 88, subform 1). It updates TALOSHRS and references EMPLOYEE, HRSECLEV, PAPOSITION, PERSGROUP, PRSYSTEM, TAEEMASTER, TAPLAN and TASTRUCTUR.
About LP88.1
Use Length of Service Hours (LP88.1) to view hours that were calculated with Length of Service Hours Update (LP188) for employees in absence plans that use hours to determine length of service. Position code is only used if the absence plan has employee balances at the position code. Plan Rule identifies the purpose for which the length of service hours are being calculated. Type identifies whether the rule that holds the length of service hours definition is for hours or earnings calculations. NOTE Even though you can directly modify records on this form, the next time you run LP188 for that year, the hours will be fully recalculated.
