About LP370
Run Employee Absence Transaction Consolidation (LP370) to consolidate employee absence transaction detail. This is not a required procedure; however, you might choose to consolidate old absence management transaction detail records in order to minimize the amount of employee data maintained in the Absence Management system. WARNING The consolidation process does NOT create a backup of the deleted data. Therefore, Lawson strongly recommends that you perform a system backup before you run this program in Update mode. **Processing Effect This program consolidates an employee's detailed absence transaction records. All records are consolidated through a specified date. In addition,attachments for the consolidated records are deleted.
