About LP10.1

Run Link Plan Table (LP10.1) to define the absence plans or structure groups to link to when the employee's plan balance is reduced to 0, and the remainingusage will cause a negative plan balance. The form also allows you to define the order to process the other plan balances. **Processing Effect The plan balance displays if the service code will reduce the reserve balance or the available balance. If a plan states that the reserve balance is used before the available balance, you must first enter the plan balance, structuregroup (optional), and service code with a "Reserve" plan balance. On the next line, you must enter the same plan, structure group (optional), and the service code with an "Available" plan balance. This link plan table will be automatically entered on Payroll Rule (LP03.5). IMPORTANT Each field entry is unique in the file. If additions or changes are made, the entire record is deleted from the file and a new record is created.
