LP00.1 (Absence Management Cycle Status) is a Lawson Absence Management online screen (form 00, subform 1). It updates PRMONITOR and references PRPROCGRP and PRSYSTEM.
About LP00.1
Run Absence Cycle Status Inquiry (LP00.1) to inquire upon the cycle status of each of the primary batch update programs in LP. This form also lets you clear (delete) run flags for an entire Company, for a selected Processing Group, or for a selected Process Level. Status indicators are 2 - Updating, 4 - Error, * - Completed. Delete lets you reset (clear) cycle run flags via an on-line process when one of the LP programs ends abnormally during processing and leaves a cycle run flag in a status that prevents any rerun or future run of that program. WARNING: If you have run any of the batch update programs, and then clear therun flags using LP00, the system will not protect them from potentially running a job in a manner that may corrupt their data. Access to perform the delete function on LP00 should be granted cautiously.
