About IC300

Run Inventory Purge (IC300) to purge selected file records as of the date and year you specify. WARNING This program permanently deletes data. Before you run this program, back up your data according to your company'sprocedures. Before you submit the report, carefully review the parameters.

More information: If you want to make a copy of the files you plan to purge, set the Archive Records flag to Yes. You must then create a backup of the archived filesbefore you run Inventory Purge (IC300) again. The next time you run IC300, therecords (including the archived records) are purged from the application and youcannot recover them. If you purge forecast records from the Inventory Forecast file, you can purge only one group of forecast records by specifying a forecast number.
