About IC199

Run Subsystem Close (IC199) to close the subsystem period before running the closing procedure in the General Ledger application. NOTE You run IC199 only if the Control field for the Inventory Control subsystem is set to Yes in GL01.1 (System Control). **Processing Effect Before closing the subsystem period, this program checks to make sure that no outstanding activity exists for the period you are closing. If any activity exists, IC199 generates a listing of the offending data. IC199 also ensures that the Order Entry and Purchase Order applications have been closed first.
