Use State Information (HR16.6) to assign seasonal codes to employees forquarterly wage reporting. This window is accessed via the State Rpt button in the Tax Informationwindow of HR11.1 (Employee), when the value in the Work State field is CO. You can also access this window via PR13.1 (Employee Taxes) in the LawsonPayroll application.
