FB25.1 (Budget Control) is a Lawson General Ledger online screen (form 25, subform 1). It updates ADDRDATA and references FBHEADER, GLADDRESS, GLCHART, GLSYSTEM and INSTCTRYCD.
About FB25.1
Use Budget Control (FB25.1) to view all valid budgets for a specific company. You can display budgets for a single fiscal year or all companyfiscal years. The budget number, fiscal year, budget description, the last date the budget was calculated, the last date the budget was changed, and whether the budget is Locked or Calculated display.
More information: If Locked displays, the budget cannot be modified. Use Lock (FB20.5) in the New Budget button to unlock the budget. If Calculated displays, changes were made to the budget after the last time you calculated it. You mustrecalculate the budget to incorporate those changes using Budget Calculate - Computes (FB100) or Budget Calculation - Rates (FB101).
