About CA199

Run Allocation Closing (CA199) to close the current period in the Allocations system control record. The system checks to make sure the allocationsscheduled for the current period are processed. You can process by company or company group. When you close an allocation, you cannot modify the allocation. IMPORTANT You must set up system control for the CA system code before you can run this program. Set the Control field on System Control (GL01.1) or Ctrl field on System Control (GL01.2) to Yes for system code CA.
