About AM502
Run Additional Book Conversion (AM502) to update the asset book file withbook conversion information, including related depreciation information, for existing assets. NOTE YTD/LTD depreciation on the new book should be converted through the last closed period. Depreciation for the current period is calculated using the normal Depreciation Calculation and Listing (AM180) process. The report output is sorted by run group, company, then asset.
